ORDER TURNAROUND TIME
All of our products are made to order and generally require a turnaround time of approximately 5 to 7 days - PRIOR TO SHIPPING (max 3 days). Smaller orders are usually completed sooner and larger orders may take the full 7 days to complete.
Please anticipate that your order will take ABOUT 10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive. Special requests for rush orders are always welcome and should be emailed in advance.

SHIPPING
We know how frustrating it is paying excessive shipping charges for online purchases so we strive to offer the lowest rates we possibly can. We usually ship small and medium sized packages via USPS Priority Mail. Larger packages, when it is more cost efficient to do so, will ship via Federal Express or UPS. You will receive a tracking email once your package is ready to ship.
Orders less than $75.00 ship for a FLAT RATE of $5.50
Orders over $75.00 ship for FREE!*
*To receive FREE SHIPPING (within the U.S.) your order must be at least $75.00 AFTER DISCOUNTS have been applied. Simply select "Customer Pick-up" as your shipping option and your order ships for free!
If you are a local customer please contact us about arranging for local delivery or pick up.

PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and echecks. To complete these transactions we use Paypal's shopping cart. However, a Paypal account is not required to check out using a credit card. Simply select PayPal as your method of payment on our check out page and once you are redirected to the PayPal sign-in page click on the link next to the credit card logos to pay using a credit card.
For your convenience we also accept money orders and personal checks. If paying with a check please keep in mind that your order will not ship until the check clears. All checks and money orders should be payable to "SoY Lovely LLC" and mailed to:

RETURNS
All of our products are made with a great deal of love and care, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. Shipping charges for returns (unless otherwise stated by us) will be the responsibility of the customer.
